This week's musing is:
Other than working at a job, what is your biggest interruption to reading? What takes you away from your book(s)?
Other than my job (which doesn't really take me away from books, as I work in a bookshop), the thing that most takes me away from my books is either University work (but I'm an English Student, so I read as well as write), or doing this.
Blogging is the number one culprit for keeping me from reading my latest read!
I suppose it can't be helped though. A huge part of the enjoyment of reading, for me, is to then be able to talk about the book with fellow readers, and share what I thought of it with all of you. I do still enjoy reading without the blog, but it's like an extra-added bonus, and I get a real sense of satisfaction from writing my posts and talking with all of you guys.
I will admit that, sometimes, I do get a little too carried away with the blog, or blog-related activies (like emailing, posting on the blog facebook page, twitter etc), but most of the time it is fairly constructive stuff, and like I said, all a part of the fun!
I don't really watch too much TV (other than The Vampire Diaries and True Blood, of course!), so the only thing that's keeping me from my books, is talking about them with you guys and on the blog.
And frankly, I don't mind that much at all, as long as I do still get my reading time at the end of the day!

I keep the TV on in the background when I'm blogging and playing on the computer. I tend to go to bed earlier at night to read.
University can be a big time consumer... I liked your answer :)
