The Fforde Ffiesta weekend is here!

So, as some of you probably know already (I have been talking about it a fair amount... especially on my videos), later today I will be heading off to Swindon for the Fforde Ffiesta with Jenny at Chocolate Chunky Munkie! We've had this planned since just after Christmas, so it's been a long wait, and I can't believe it's finally here!

So, day one of the event is Dragonslayer Day, where all the events will be focused around The Last Dragonslayer, which I have been reading for the past couple of days, and will hopefully finish today at some point. It's a really good book, and I'm loving it, so it should be a really good day!

Day two is focused around the Nursery Crime series, and I've been reading the first book, The Big Over Easy, over the last week as well, which is also really good. It's basically, if you don't know already, a quirky little 'whodunnit', where all the crimes committed are surrounding nursery crime characters. The first book is the investigation of Humpty Dumpty's death!

So, the hotel room has internet access, so hopefully I will be online at sporadic points throughout the weekend, but otherwise, I will do a post about the event next week, when we're home.
I'm definitely looking forward to going. I'm leaving in just over two hours :)
